Who is ILF?

ILF Scotland provides funding support for disabled people in Scotland and Northern Ireland. We distribute public money from the Scottish Government and Department of Health in Northern Ireland.

Mission: Our mission is to enable disabled people to achieve their independent living outcomes by the dignified assessment of needs and the distribution of discretionary awards.


Vision: Our vision is for independent living to be a reality for all disabled people living in Scotland and Northern Ireland.

Leave & Time off:

  • 30 days holiday, rising to 35 days holiday after 5 years’ service
  • 6.5 days Privilege / Public Holidays
  • Company Maternity Pay / Adoption / Shared Parental: 26 weeks full pay, 26 weeks half pay
  • Company Paternity Pay: 8 weeks full pay
